This End User License Agreement ("EULA", "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Assam Forum Network, LLC ("we", "our", "us", "Licensor") for the use of "Assam Forum" software.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, User should not install, copy, or use the Software.

License Grant: Licensor grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions: User shall not: a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software;

• a. Rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
• b. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
• c. Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• d. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
• Keep the core value of Assamese values of respect and love to fellow members.
• Be courteous and respectful.
• Appreciate that others may have an opinion different from yours.
• Stay on topic and do not spam.
• Share your knowledge. Share your thoughts without being rude to other users.
• Do not share objectionable content. Click Report button next to such posts immediately if you see any posted at Assam Forum to send notification(s) to admins and moderators
• Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.

Ownership: User acknowledges and agrees that Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.

Warranty Disclaimer: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the United States Federal and/or state/local legal law(s), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Licensor regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

By clicking the "I agree" button or by installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, User acknowledges that User has read this Agreement, understands it, and agrees to not share any objectionable content or abuse users. Violating the EULA may lead denial of service/reminder(s)/warning(s) and repeated violation lead to complete access restriction to Assam Forum parmanently
